This girl is learning TONS of new expressions. Not only am I greeted with a toothless grin every morning but this little gal is also mastering the pout, and serious stare (pictured above ;0)). She’s kicking those arms and flailing those legs so fast that you’d think she’s going to take off at any moment! Luckily we’ve still got a little time before she’s mobile!
She’s gotten really good at supporting her own neck and can even follow voices from side to side and around the room while on her stomach. She’s learning new noises she can make every day and I’m sure she’ll start coo-ing at me any day now! She’s doing her best to talk back to us! She tries to stand and bear her own weight when held upright and is pulling herself forward when we sit her in our laps!
Her eyes seem to be lightening up by the day so Mom and Dad both are holding out hope that she’ll get daddy’s blue eyes instead of Mama’s Brown! Nora had her dedication at church on Sunday morning and we had family near and far come to witness the awesome occasion! Nora even got to meet her Aunt Stephanie, uncle Jeff and cousins (Ashlyn and Mackenzie) from Mississippi this past week! It’s been a big adventure already this week and it’s just getting started!
She’s pretty much sleeping through the night now and not waking Mama up for feedings which is a welcome change for us both! We’re all super excited about celebrating our first Thanksgiving day with our little turkey!
